Is this where support issues are addressed as I posted an issue a few days back that has no answer posted? Or do I contact support about this issue another way?

Well you would hope this is the support forum. Though they have almost everything well covered in the FAQ the product manuals are ridiculously laid out. Why not have the information with the pictures? Makes it easier to identify the components. Ive e-mailed Hydor 3 times now.......weeks later no reply. WERE IS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

And why the hell are our e-mail addresses our user names..... Ever heard of privacy Hydor?
