Hi, I'm looking after a friend's fish tank while away on holiday so I'm new to all things fish. Today I did the weekly water maintenance and now the filter won't filter. It was working fine before I started. Is the filter clogged up with debris (looks pretty dirty) or have I broken it. The air pump seems to still work. Please send me some suggestions on how to fix it. Should i get a biochemical filter for the time being so the fish don't die? Many thanks Belinda
