Forum » Performer 800 excessive noise

The above skimmer is making a lot of noise as the air valve is fully opened. It is very difficult to balance the air intake needed to produce foaming and live with the resultant noise which is coming from the air pump. Is there anything I can do to eliminate the noise? has anyone else come across this problem ? Any advise gratefully received. regards Iain
