Is this where support issues are addressed as I posted an issue a few days back that has no answer posted? Or do I contact support about this issue another way?

I have recently fitted a new ETH 200-12 external heater that I purchased in the UK, it has been fitted in line with my my Eheim External Filter. The Temperature is being regulated correctly but I am seeing an issue when sometimes the Heater “double clicks” and the red LED turns on for just a few milliseconds then turns off again so a "double click" is heard. This double click action repeats itself many times (between five and eight times) then after some time the single click is heard and the LED will remain lit for a minute or so while the water is heated then turn off. It is as though the thermostat senses that the water is too cold and turns on the heater then almost immediately senses that the water is at the correct temperature then turns off again than after a few seconds does it all over again this repeats for up to 8 times. Is the many double clicks that I sometimes hear (not always) normal? I have checked the installation it is correct and there are no air bubbles in my filter system I have a 3 foot tank with the a spray bar at one end of the tank that is the clean water in and at the opposite end is the filter pipe out that takes the dirty water out of the tank. The capacity of my tank is approx 130 litres water. The ETH 200 is fitted in line on the spray bar in hose.

salve, ho appena comprato un filtro prime 10 e nonstante abbia segiuto alla lettera le istruzioni, dopo l'innesco il filtro non tira ne emette acqua .... qualcuno può consigliarmi?

Buongiorno Sig. Fabio, la regolazione dell’aria è fondamentale per il corretto funzionamento dello schiumatoio. Una volta tarata la quantità per un “filtraggio” ottimale della vasca, non va più toccata. Le sconsigliamo quindi di modificare la presa d’aria per evitare di avere continui cambiamenti all’interno della vasca. Le confermmiamo di aver ricevuto la sua e-mail e a breve le invieremo i nostri consigli.

Grazie per la cortese risposta. Per quanto riguarda lo schiumatoio in questione posso almeno chiudere leggermente la presa d'aria durante la notte, senza comprometterne il completo funzionamento? A breve vi invierò le foto come da Vostra richiesta della vasca. Cordiali saluti. Fabio.

Buongiorno, Slim Skim è nato proprio per l’utilizzo in acquari come quello da lei descritto, senza l’ausilio di altri sistemi di filtraggio, e deve rimanere in funzione 24hr su 24hr. Buon giorno, ho acquistato lo schiumatoio in oggetto, volevo sapere: è possibile utilizzarlo in un acquario da 180 lt marino, con 3 pesci e invertebrati, senza l'utilizzo di altri sistemi di filtrazione? Inoltre, volevo sapere se è possibile spegnerlo nelle ore notturne...? Ho inoltre acquistato 2 Koralia 2 ed ero gia in possesso di una pompa da 600 lt/h, come mi consigliate di posizionarle? grazie, saluti. Fabio.

Hello, Koralia Evolutions models 2800-4000-5200 all have the same dimensions approx 8.7cm long (not including magnet-suction cup support) and 7 cm wide. Hope this helps!
