Buongiorno, ho in funzione da circa 1 anno un riscaldatore ETH 300 fino ad alcune settimane fa tutto ok poi ha cominciato ad avere problemi la regolazione della temperatura, nonostante il termostato sia al massimo (35°C) e il riscaldatore si attivi e disattivi regolarmente la temperatura non raggiunge mai piu' di 23°C ho pulito l'interno del riscaldatore con uno scovolo ma il problema persiste.Puo' essersi starato il PID? Salve, ho messso in funzione il riscaldatore eth 300 da un paio di setimane ma sembra non funzionare correttamente nonostante abbia seguito alla lettera le istruzioni di collegamento (raccordo tubi, posizione verticale...). In pratica l'acqua non si riscalda e la spia è sempre (!) accesa. E' possibile che il riscaldatore abbia dei difetti di produzione? Grazie

hello sorry for the thread hijack but i too ahve the same problem as the chap above, i noticed no bubbles coming from my diffuser and subsequent investigation shoes the impeller not spinning as it has detached somehow. could you please offer me some advice on how to repair or replace the defective part? best regards

Installed a Hydor ETH on an Eheim 2126, return line. Heater is vertical per instructions. When first plugged in, buzzed for a few seconds. Stopped and seemed to be running fine, light on. Casing was very warm, as expected. Next day, no heat. Will not turn on. Should be a warranty issue I think? How do I go about replacement procedures?
