Hello, I bought a filter Prime 30,I'm having problems with the installation and mounting it in aquarium. I did all the procedures described in the manual. When I turn on the filter, he begins to work, apparently normal, it pulls water from the aquarium into the filter, however, when the filter is full of water and start to filter returning the water to the aquarium, the filter gets off and disarms. It seems to me that the filter "drowns. " I´m sending attached pictures. I took for you to solve my doubts. 1 - Am I doing something wrong? 2 - There is a grey sticker pasted on top of a party to the filter, which covers a hole. Hi, I have had a Koralia Magnum 5 for 3 weeks. At night, the unit starts groaning and vibrating, quite sporadically and not consistently. About every 30 minutes for 4 or 5 seconds. Strangely, it does not do this during the day. I can see the impeller is stopping and starting again. I have checked my installation, and nothing appears wrong with the unit and the unit is clean of blockages. Do you have any suggestions? (At the moment the bearings case has the white top facing out with the 3 crosses in it - maybe this should point inwards?) I appreciate any help you can give as this has me baffled. Jeff

Salve Ho acquistato e messo in funzione in un acquario in avviamento, il suddetto skimmer. Io sono nuovo e ammetto la mia non preparazione, ma non riesco in nessun modo a riempire il bicchiere di residui. O si riempie d'acqua in 2 minuti, o la schiuma non arriva mai al livello del bicchiere. I collegamenti sono stati fatti tutti correttamente, ho controllato e ricontrollato... Come si fa a farlo funzionare? qual è il livello dell'acqua per farlo funzionare correttamente? Ormai l'acqua sta diventando verde, per cui credo che sia necessario che faccia funzionare lo skimmer... grazie!
