Hi, One of the blue latches on my pump has broken. Do you have any documentation or can anyone tell me how to replace the latch.

La 30 va bene ugualemnte??

Buongiorno, ho un problema e non riesco a recuperare il ricambio per la pompa in oggetto. In particolare mi si è scheggiato l'incavo per inserire la girante del bocchettone frontale. Non riesco a trovare il pezzo di ricambio come posso fare? Avete in pruoduzione una pompa con le stesse dimensioni e le stesse caratteristiche di portata. GRazie Michele

Is it damaged? One other thing .... this as started after it beeing cleaned and turned off for avout one week. Then after beeing assembled inline with my Eheim Pro II 2026 it as started this !! I turned it off, because I´m afraid of some kind of short circuit / fire.

I have one ETH 300W (2,5 years old) bought in UK and since the last weekend it is making the same problem as yours .... double,triple,quadruple click on/off/on/off.... One other thing ... whe it turns off the led doesn't turns off completly ! It stays a little retro iluminated! Just ordered a new one. My luck is that for the moment I have no fish on this tank.

Hi I was trying to get my own programs to run at different times the same day but I just seem to get the one. Settings are 00:00 ..14:00 then 14:00 .. 17:00 then 17:00 .. 18:00 then 18:00 .. 19:40 then 19:40 .. 24:00 Im guessing the modes is not the problem here its probably something in the times im missing or does it not work to the next day when entered as above?? Thanks
