Buongiorno, ho un problema con il filtro prime 30. Al primo avvio il sistema parte con un'ottima velocità di flusso, non appena stacco la corrente, ad una nuova ripartenza il flusso non va più. Si sente che il rotore gira stentando ed il flusso non parte più neanche dopo ore di attesa. Per farlo ripartire ho notato che devo aprire il filtro, svuotare la camera d'acqua, chiuderlo e farlo ripartire nuovamente. Come posso risolvere? Ogni volta che mi capita di staccare l'alimentazione ho questo problema. grazie Alessandro

I have recently had a problem with food going mouldy within the feeder chamber. It seems to have been caused by condensation from bursting bubbles at the aquarium water surface. It has been serious enough to cause fish mortality. I have connected the air line, but this doesn't seem to make much difference. I am now thinking of raisng the unit higher above water level to see if this solves the problem.

We can suggest using an adapter to connect the 9mm outlet of the filter to the 12mm of the ETH. Please ask your local aquarium shop. Please remember that the heater can be only connected to the filter outlet.

The oulet of the Eheim 2211 has 9 mm of internal diameter. Hydor don't fit in the oulet; Can be mounted in the inlet tube that have 12 mm? Thanks.

ETH must be installed outside of your tank by cutting the outlet tube of the external filter, and by connecting the two parts of the tube onto both sides of the ETH. ETH 200-12 can be connected to tubes with internal diametre 12mm - ETH 200-16 can be connected to tubes with internal diametre 16mm - ETH 300-16 can be connected to tubes with internal diametre 16mm. Sorry it's the opposite, 9/12 outlet, but the hydor have 12/16 tubbing and It's suppose to be in the oulet no inlet. Thanks.
