Hi, I have tried to contact Hydor via the online form twice over the last month, and have had no reply either time at all. I have purchased an as new prime 10 filter, and upon starting it up, it started to leak. Upon further investigation it appears there is a hairline crack in one of the "sloping rotatable fittings". I have searched and searched, however this is not a listed spare part. It is such simple and small part, but yet it has rendered this filter useless. Please advise!
