I need help. I have been using my Hydor Prime 10 for about 8 months now. Everything has been working ok until a month ago when the flow rate started getting slower. Now, extremely slow. I have tried to clean every part even the water collector tubes, the motor´s house, the impeller itself, everywhere that i can think of possible and the flow is still slow. I can not see or hear any air trapped, and everything inside looks fine, no broken or loosen parts. I have tested the filter without the inside filter media and still the same flow. I have also tested the tubes alone to check the water flow and they were fine. Any suggestion will be greatly appreciated. Thank you very much.

Dear Customer, thank you for contacting our Forum. All you have done to solve the problem you are having is correct and it appears very strange that the flow hasn't increased back to standard. May we suggest you check thoroughly also the black, u-shaped, hard plastic tubes. Sometimes dirt gets stuck in the elbows/curves, so you might want to clean them with a thin brush. Also, please check that the rotor/impeller is not missing any part or broken and is correctly positioned. Hope this helps!

Buongiorno, anch'io ho riscontrato lo stesso problema ed ho acquistato il filtro prime 10 circa otto mesi fa. Ho pulito tutto il circuito di entrata e uscita dell'acqua curve e tubazioni comprese, sostituendo il rotore interno e provando anche a farlo funzionare senza l'elemento filtrante, ma il flusso è ancora basso. A questo punto ho l'impressione che sia un problema legato alla bobina del rotore. mi sapete dire se è disponibile come ricambio e dove poterlo acquistare? Grazie.

Hello custermerservice, I've got the same problem. only difrence is with my pomp the water flow completly stopped. I cleaned every opening of intake and outtake, the inside of the rotor casing and filtercasing. the filter material is also cleaned, aswel as the inflow and outflow tubes. the rotor still turns but no water comes out. please tell me what i need to do.
