I have had my unit for less than six months. I noticed bubbles accumulating in the diffuser so I took it a part to clean it according to the instructions. What I found was that the magnet had come off of the shaft and that the impeller was not turning enough to move any water through the diffuser. What is the process for a warranty repair/replacement? The unit has been very beneficial for my planted aquarium and I would like to get it up and running as soon as possible. hello sorry for the thread hijack but i too ahve the same problem as the chap above, i noticed no bubbles coming from my diffuser and subsequent investigation shoes the impeller not spinning as it has detached somehow. could you please offer me some advice on how to repair or replace the defective part? best regards
